TeleSmart® General Information Retrieval

The TeleSmart IVR platform connects callers to an automated information retrieval system that: Creates definitions of remote IVR services capturing service names, telephone numbers, account names, account ID's and account passwords. The TeleSmart system creates user written scripts for specifying telephone functions to be preformed by the information retrieval system and creates records for dialing, recording, hang-ups, and the execution of other telephonic functions.
